204 Streetsboro St. | Jeremiah Root Brown House​


It is likely that John Brown’s half-brother Jeremiah, ran an Underground Railroad station at his farmhouse. Local tradition says that the dry cistern in the building was often used to hide people. Before Harpers Ferry, Jeremiah stored weapons for his brother at this site. ​
